It has been reported that former Pride vet Joachim "Hellboy" Hansen (17-7-1) will be apart of the Dream 5 event July 21 at the Osakajo Hall in Osaka, Japan in a Lightweight Grand Prix reserve match. Hansen who defeated Kotetsu Boku via unanimous decision in the Grand Prix 1st round at Dream 1 lost to semifinalist Eddie Alvarez by way of unanimous decision in the 2nd round of the tourney at Dream 3 will most likely take on Kultar "Black Mamba" Gill (9-7) who lost at the tournament's opening round to another semifinalist Tatsuya Kawajiri via unanimous decision.
Dream officials are making this matchup in case a semifinal winner gets injured or is unable to continue on. The card will also feature Norifumi "Kid" Yamamoto, Denis Kang, Yoshihiro Akiyama and possibly Mark Hunt.
