There is an interesting new update on Rampage that comes from a friend close to the former Light Heavyweight Champion. According to the new update a contact lens is what caused Rampage to lose control of the wheel of his Monster truck and crash into other cars. It says he panicked and took off after fasting for days and took off. As we all know police later caught up to Rampage and arrested him for felony hit and run.
"Jackson was fumbling around with a contact lens that was giving him trouble while driving and subsequently lost the lens. He was apparently searching for it when he sideswiped at least two vehicles, mildly injuring one woman.A frightened, paranoid Jackson, who had again, been up fasting for days, then acted on instinct and fled the scene and eventually the police.
Jackson pulled over after giving police a brief chase and was fully cooperative with authorities after that point." Ok as we all know Josh Gross confirmed a story this week that Rampage was hearing voices and thought he was God. Fightline was first to report that story a day earlier and received no credit or press except from a few smaller websites. Truth be told I didn't even know if I should report it at the time, but as of now their source has been credible. So this doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility how many times have you almost crashed your car trying to return a text or pick up a call on your cell phone? Anyway once again we wish Rampage the best of luck coming back and getting his life in order asap.
