Pregnant woman involved in Rampage accident has

Things just seem to go from bad to worse as more fallout keeps on coming from Rampage's alleged felony hit and run. According to the Daily Pilot the pregnant woman who was rushed to a medical facility after the Rampage accident has had a miscarriage. She was released with minor injuries after the accident from the information we gathered in previous reports but was not the case.

In a turn of events now it seems not everything went as well as reported.Holli Griggs, 38, was driving her 2007 Cadillac Escalade in the left lane on the southbound 55 Freeway just south of Bay Street on July 15 when Jackson’s gray-and-green pick-up truck sideswiped her as he drove along the median lane at about 45 mph, California Highway Patrol officials said.Prosecutors have yet to file charges against Jackson, a former light heavyweight champion for the Ultimate Fighting Championship who remains free on $25,000 bail. Prosecutors would not comment on any potential charges due to Griggs’ miscarriage.“Our office will make sure we take as much time as necessary to make a proper filing decision and including all evidence and medical information to make sure any charges that are filed are fair and accurate,” Dist. Atty. spokeswoman Farrah Emami said.
Also just in case if you were wondering the obvious.
The couple have retained an attorney but have yet to take legal action against Jackson.“No amount of money will bring back my son,” Krebs said outside his home Thursday.

There is no word yet if the accident is what caused the loss of the child. As we do know it will cost Rampage one way or another. Regardless of what is being said by the victims fiance they will eventually seek damages if the result of the miscarriage was cause by the accident. Even if it did not, sometimes fact and fiction are not something people can differentiate from opinion and emotion will also play a factor into a lawsuit. Also does the UFC even want this in the press to begin with, it may be in their best interest if they settle fast, this would be a publicity nightmare. Either way how much longer can Rampage hide out of sight? Who ever is his manager now needs to get him to step up and out of the shadows now and make a statement. As we all know Rampage is rumored not in the best mental health now, as soon as he is good condition he needs to make a statement. Hiding in the dark too long with out a reason or official word will only make people speculate even more. As a father my heart goes out to Griggs, her fiance and their families in their time of grieving.
