The UFC Middleweight bout agreed upon between Dean Lister (11-5) and Thales Leites (14-1) has been taken off the Ultimate Fight Night 15 card due to knee injury to Lister, so for now the fight will be postponed, but could be rescheduled at a later date.According to Lister's management team Haymaker's Empire they have informed the news to UFC matchmaker Joe Silva and they said he was
"very understanding and accomodating".
The matchup which could be rescheduled at a later date may possibly take place in November and could be rumored to have an event in Portland, Oregon, but nothing has been announced as of yet. Lister just recently defeated veteran Jeremy Horn back in late June at the Ultimate Fighter finale with a guillotine choke submission at 3:52 of the very first round.
