-Christiane Cyborg who will fight Shayna Baszler this weekend on EliteXC's "Unfinished Business" wants to fight Dana White, she had this to say about the UFC president "I'd love to fight Dana White to show him how tough women are." The Chute Boxe trained female fighter told Proelite.com in a recent interview.

- Stephan Bonnar will miss the October UFC 90 show in Chicago he spoke with MMAMadhouse and told them “My first reaction was pretty much that I couldn’t believe that the UFC was finally coming to my hometown. Right after that I said to myself, ‘God damn why can’t I be ready to fight?" As we know Bonnar is sidelined with a knee injury which kept him out of a fight at UFN-13 with Matt Hamill.

- Dave "Blueberry Muffin" Herman will fight at EliteXC's next card in September, he was unable to take the fight with Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva due to previous prior commitments as reported by a confidential source to Fiveouncesofpain.com. If "Bigfoot" gets through his opponent Justin Eilers this weekend.

- According to Sherdog.com 'Conviction' Carano (6-0) will at the next EliteXC event that could possibly be broadcasted on CBS October 4. A possible rumored opponent for Carano could be Kelly Kobald (16-2).

- In a report from The Fight Network it has been announced that the International Fight League will cease operations July 31 and several sources have confirmed thatthe ownership group Zuffa, LLC has bought out the organization. IFL Senior VP of communications Joe Favorito had this to say, “As of July 31 my role at the IFL will be no more as the company goes into its final stage of being sold and/or closed down,” Favorito stated via email.
