UFC 2009 Undisputed won "Best Sports game" at this years E3 video game trade show this is a very good sign of things to come, as the game's anticipated release can not come soon enough for MMA fans who want to play the game on their PS3 and Xbox 360's. The games first screens were released a few months ago along with trailers for the game which showed Rampage and Forrest Griffin battling it out in the Octagon.UFC.com press release.
"It’s been a long time coming for a new UFC video game, but by the looks of things, next year’s UFC 2009 Undisputed will definitely be worth the wait, as the highly regarded video game news site IGN voted it ‘Best Sports Game’ at the annual industry trade show, E3. UFC 2009 Undisputed - which beat out entries from Sony, EA Sports, and Ubisoft for this year’s award – is published by THQ and developed by Yuke’s Media Creations."
The award comes almost a year before the games release in April 2009 which has yet to be set in stone. It will feature downloadable content and online multiplayer along with 80 fighters from the UFC's roster. We hope to get an advanced review in the future for you guys.
