In a press release sent out today by WEC, WEC 34: Faber Vs Pulver was also a hugh success in their ratings dempgraphic. The event averaged 1.54 million viewers and scored 1.4, which was also a record for WEC. This is a very big step forward for the WEC whos previous shows on Versus only averaged 0.5 and 485,000 viewers.
"My 2 Cents"
The WEC is only getting better, their roster is improving and so is the quality of their events. There next event in August has 3 title fights so I am looking forward to it also. Faber's exposure may be crucial if WEC ever wants to be on PPV or if the UFC plans a future 145 pound division.
