talks about how his interview with the UFC for his upcoming fight with Kenny Florian next weekend,
They put these videos on the UFC where I said the fight was going to be a "cakewalk". They f#@%ing pissed me off because what I was saying is that, COMPARED TO MY LIFE, this fight is a cakewalk. It was in no way a disrespect to Kenny, it's just with all the s@#t I've been through as a kid, fighting Kenny is a cakewalk. Anyway…when it comes down to it, it really is just a fight…it's just a fight.
Huerta even spoke about staying with the UFC if everything goes well when renegotiating his contract,
How many fights do you have on your current contract?
After this fight I have one fight left on my contract.
Ok so what does that entail? The UFC makes you resign before a title shot right?
I think that's what the deal is, but I don't worry about that--that's why I pay my manager!
Right? Hook a brother up!
[Laughs] Yup!

Even with all the bad talk about the UFC it seems right now that it may be more of a tactic to raise his price. Huerta is 20-1, 25 years old has not even reached his prime yet as a fighter. If the UFC does not re-sign him they risk raising a future poster boy for MMA outside of the UFC. If Huerta beats Florian and does so with relative ease in what is sure to be one of most competitive fights this year, he can write his ticket to a superstars salary. With Affliction and EliteXC looking for new talent and fighters with star and (PPV) buy power, Huerta can write his own future next weekend at UFC 87: Seek and Destroy.
