Earlier this evening the California based promotion Strikeforce announced it's confirmation that the organization will indeed be coming to Denver, Colorado on October 3rd and they have announced the fighters that will appear at the event. Frank Trigg (16-6) who is scheduled to compete on the card will be facing Falaniko Vitale (26-8). Although Trigg has agreed to appear at Strikeforce he has told MMAjunkie.com that he has not signed the contract yet because he has a match at next week's WVR: Sengoku 4 event versus Makoto Takimoto and wants to keep his focus on the upcoming bout. Therefore; Trigg does not want to run the risk of signing with Strikeforce and then get hurt in his fight with Takimoto.Other fighters scheduled to appear at the event are Duane "Bang" Ludwig taking on Sam Morgan along with other appearances by Phil Baroni and Pete Spratt.
