BJ Penn is coming to 170 pounds regardless of who is the Champ

As we all know a rematch at the end of the year between BJ Penn and Georges St.Pierre has been getting a lot of buzz ever since BJ and Dana confirmed the fight was possible at the end of the year. We actually want to see the fight so bad we took the whole 20 minutes to make this cool picture on Photoshop (mad skills) for it. Now in a recent interview with MMAWeekly, BJ confirmed that he will come to 170 pounds to fight for the Welterweight Championship regardless of who is the Champion.

"I'd feel okay facing anyone for the welterweight title. I'm moving up to the welterweight division and moving down to defend the lightweight title."

As we all know BJ would be the first UFC Champion to hold two belts in two different weight classes if he could pull off this accomplishment. Dan Henderson is the only fighter to have held two titles at any time in all of MMA when he held the Pride Welterweight and Middleweight Championships. As we all know a potential fight between BJ and St.Pierre would be considered a superfight and a super pay per view draw as well. Their first fight was close and a narrow win for St.Pierre that could have gone either way. Now after UFC 87 will we know how close we are to seeing that rematch or Fitch's first title defense against BJ.
