Season 6 contestants of The Ultimate Fighter Jared Rollins and Ben Saunders were supposed to be hooking up for a match at UFC 87, but according to American Top Team representatives (Saunders camp) it appears that Rollins has withdrawn himself from the bout and there is no reason as to why he withdrawn in the matter. Rollins will now be replaced by newcomer Ryan Thomas (9-1) who is currently on a 2 fight win streak recently defeated Jason Bowling due to strikes at an Extreme Challenge event back in April.
Meanwhile Saunders (5-0-2) is on 5 fight win streak and defeated Dan Barerra at The Ultimate Fighter 6 finale back in December of 2007. UFC 87 will take place at the Target Center in Minnesota on August 9 live on pay per view. We will keep you updated on any new information that comes in as usual.
