First look at the WAMMA Heavyweight Championship Belt, no its not Women's wrestling its for MMA. Seriously.

The World Alliance of Mixed Martial Arts (WAMMA) now has a Championship Belt to award the winner of the Fedor Emelianenko vs Tim Sylvia matchup at the Affliction inaugural event July 19 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Ca. The belt which was designed by Johnny Najjar of Masis Boxing Belts made the belt with such features made of leather, copper, gold, diamonds and fur.

Najjar chose to go with copper for the medallions on the belt and then after waxing and polishing them he had them dipped in 18k worth of gold and after finishing with the medallions he placed them with about 500 diamonds which were set by hand and than put the pieces in place on a leather laced belt with fur on the back of it. WAMMA CEO Michael Lynch pitched the idea to Affliction VP Tom Atencio of creating MMA's first undisputed champion ever. So we shall see who will win the title July 19.

Narcisist 2 cents, That is one ugly F#$%ing belt the guy who designed it looks like Dan Rather (right) and probably thought it was for 1980's Womens wrestling. BTW the Wamma guy on the (left) looks like cousin Balki from Perfect Strangers. LOL! I couldn't resist..
