In an interview on sportsline.com Dana White confirmed a potential "Super fight" between current Welterweight Champion Georges St.Pierre and current Lightweight Champion BJ Penn. The two met before in a controversial split decision win for St.Pierre at UFC 58: USA VsCanada, some fans felt that BJ won while others thought the decision was fair and St.Pierre won the bout. White said in the interview."Georges St. Pierre has to get by Jon Fitch first. Fitch is no joke," said White. "If St. Pierre buzzsaws through Fitch, then yes, we'll do BJ vs. GSP."
This would be a dream fight for fans who have been anticipating a rematch since the last fight's decision was announced.
