The Countdown to UFC's Ultimate Fight Night 14 will air tonight at 11pm ET on SpikeTV. It will feature a first in depth look at UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva and Light Heavyweight contender James Irvin as they prepare for one another for Saturdays main event of the evening. I expect this countdown to be a really good one just like every other countdown the UFC airs on Spike. UFN 14 will take place at the Palms Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada July 19th.
