UFC to Tito "Cease and Desist"

Tito Ortiz was issued a cease and desist letter from the UFC today for wearing a UFC lightheavyweight championship belt on the cover of his new book "This is gonna Hurt". The letter claims Ortiz did not have permission from the UFC or Zuffa to wear the belt being that it is a intellectual property and marketing material.
No response has been issued by Tito Ortiz or the UFC yet on the matter. We can all bet we are going to heat Ortiz's opinion on it soon. Ortiz after fighting his last fight on his contract at UFC 84:ill Will showed up to the post fight press conference demanding to be able to speak to the media. A fued between UFC president Dana White and Tito Ortiz has been going on for years now so this comes as no surprise after so many years of bad blood between the two.

"My 2 Cents"
Tito did all he could to make sure he got the UFC and Dana White's attention at the UFC 84 press conference now I am sure Dana is returning the favor. The only thing that doesnt make sense to me is why the UFC would put itself in another potential public legal battle with a former champion. Especially after the current ugly legal battle it is having with former Champion and fan favorite Randy Couture. This will still come off to fans as a David Vs Goliath situation that will gain sympothy for Ortiz and ire for the UFC and Zuffa.
