The UFC announced today that UFC Hall of Famer and former Champion will not be able compete against Brock Lesnar at UFC 87:"Seek and Destroy" due to a torn MCL of the knee.Lesnar will still fight at UFC 87 and a replacement will be announced soon.
The UFC has announced that Georges St.Pierre (16-2) will defend his Welterweight championship at UFC 87 against Jon Fitch (17-2). Georges is coming off of a win over Matt Serra and is on a 3 fight win streak. His opponent is just as hot right now Fitch has won 15 fights in a row, and is 8-0 in the UFC.
Fitch is currently set to break Royce Gracie's UFC winning streak of 8 with a win over St.Pierre. A task that is not going to be easy.
St.Pierre told UFC.com
"I'm going to have to train hard and be very well prepared because he may be my toughest fight yet."

I cant wait to see this fight this is going to be a classic fight between GSP and Fitch. This is like watching Hopkins and Roy Jones go at it in their prime (too bad we never got to see that).
