Lyoto Machida on the other hand is only known to hard core MMA fans who have followed his career. You will hard pressed to find a undefeated fighter with as solid of a track record of quality opponents. With wins over current lightweight champion B.J Penn (decision) and former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin (TKO knee). Ultimate Fighter season 1 finalist Stephan Bonnar. The only problem being none of these fights took place in the UFC, so to casual fans have not really made him a house hold name yet.
