As reported earlier in the week former UFC Champion Quinton Rampage Jackson was taken into custody on felony suspicion of evading Police and Hit and run charges. Now a report out ofTMZ.com is reporting that the former Champion was taken into custody again last night.
"Sources say last night an Irvine police car was waved down by people near the place Rampage was staying who said he was acting weird. This, of course, following the insane chase the day before in which the UFC fighter hit several cars in his monster truck and was arrested at gunpoint.We're told Irvine cops saw Rampage, deemed him a danger to himself and others, and took him to a hospital for observation.Cops won't officially confirm if it's a psychiatric hold."
Lets hope Rampage is OK and can take time off from the UFC to heal and recuperate from his latest problems. We all love the guy he may just be stressed out from all the publicity of losing his title or have issues at home that are not seen. Everyone knows the guy is a class act and a really nice guy in person, so lets all hope he returns to good health before contemplating a return to the Octagon which is secondary right now.
