It has been reported that the former Pride standout Denis Kang will make a scheduled appearance in Dream 5. Kang who last appeared at Dream 2 was eliminated in their middleweight tournament via submission due to a triangle choke by the rising up and comer Gegard Mousasi. This will be Kang's last fight in his deal as he will become an unrestricted free agent.No scheduled opponent has been announced.

Give Kang Yoshihiro Akiyama so he can avenge that loss from K-1 Hero's last October. Akiyama will also appear at Dream 5.
