DMX raped? WOW!
A woman who was seeking a $1.5 million dollar lawsuit against DMX got her suit axed in court. She filed a defamation suit after DMX claimed she raped him.The Judge ruled that DMX was not served in the correct manner and dismissed the lawsuit. Monique Wayne originally won the original defamation lawsuit in January after DMX failed to appear in court.DMX's lawyer William "Hassan" Murphy III said DMX "looks forward to proving her allegations to be wrong" if the case continues.
