Did you miss this past weekend's Mixed martial arts event UFC 84: ill Will? Well here is what you missed Blasphemer and TUF noob.
The Coming of the real next big thing, Shane Carwin.
Shane Carwin has all the makings of a real contender in the UFC Heavyweight division. He is a Purple belt under Nate Marquardt in jiu-jitsu and boxes under Trevor Wittman. Along with his 6"4 265 pound frame Shane brings 2 NCAA division two wrestling championships. Well his octagon debut was shorter than the time it took you to read this. Carwin knocked out his opponent Christian Wellisch in 44 seconds. Showing he was not just another lay and pray fighter with wrestling credentials. Carwin threw an overhand punch that landed so hard it knocked Christian Wellisch's mouth piece behind him faster then his head could turn.
This may be the UFC's future Heavyweight Champion and real MMA fans were there to witness it. Not you TUF'er, 10 "Hail Fedor's" is your punishment.
The Axe Murderer is BACK!!!!

"Was it legal was it Illegal? Who cares it was awesome!"
Wanderlei Silva was on a three fight losing streak (Cro Cop, Dan Henderson and Chuck Liddell) and looking as if his 2nd stint in the UFC was going to be cut short with another loss. Keith Jardine before the fight had beaten 2 top ten Light Heavyweights in a KO win over Forrest Griffin in 2006 and a recent win over Chuck Liddell by decision. He was well on his way to a title shot or at the very least a show down with Lyoto Machida for a number one contender bout for the next shot. Well Wanderlei Silva put those dreams on hold visciously knocking out Jardine in 36 seconds. Jardine threw a kick to Wanderlei's leg and got caught with a (patented Wanderlei) counter hook to the temple that sent him crumbling down. On the way down Jardine got caught with another uppercut and was semi-conscious on the ground. Wanderlei using his killer instinct to end the fight (in a controversial move) grabbed and secured Jardine by the throat and began to reign down punches to his face. It was a patented violent Wanderlei Silva beat down that made us think of how lucky Jardine was they were not fighting in Pride FC. Where Wanderlei would have almost certainly used his beautiful Chute Box face stomps. Wanderlei Silva was cheered with love by the crowd as if he never left the UFC, but not by you.
You know you missed it Noobie, admit it you make me sick. Corporal punishment for you. One "Father" Wandy head stomp for you while "Cardinal" Shogun Rua tests out his recently rehabilated knee by foot stomping your nuts.
"I AM LYOTO MACHIDA"
"Remember the name!"
The question had been asked hundreds of times across internet message boards. "Who is this Lyoto Machida guy?"It was answered at UFC 84:ill Will with a genius game plan and excellent execution. He walked into the octagon with boo's from the crowd and left with them also. That did not stop Lyoto Machida from making his way a step closer to Quinton Rampage Jackson's Light heavyweight title. Machida frustrated Tito Ortiz for three rounds by sticking and moving, plethering Tito Ortiz's legs and body with kicks. Machida stuffed his takedowns and even put the highly regarded wrestler and ground and pound expert Ortiz on his back in the first round. He came close to finishing the fight with the take down in the first round but was interrupted by the bell. Machida went on to the third round clearly winning the fight until Ortiz sinched in a triangle choke. Machida managed to land on his back in an attempt to escape and Ortiz locked in a Armbar. Machida escaped again but was inches away from his first defeat. Lyoto Machida has now beaten Rich Franklin (KO knee), Stephan Bonnar (TKO cut), BJ Penn (Unanimous decision), Sokoudjou (Arm Triangle) and Tito Ortiz (Unanimous Decision). He is 13-0 overall and 5-0 in the UFC, he has arrived and is now inches away from Rampage's title. Machida's coming out party was eclipsed by his opponents on going drama but did not go unnoticed by MMA fans.

You missed it all to watch extreme backyard figure skating on ESPN 13 with your girlfriend all your friends hate because she still calls it Ultimate Fighting. They smile and tell you she is cool and they like her but they dont call as much they do? Your punishment watching Machida's 3 decision wins in the UFC over and over on a 24 hour continuous loop for a week.
Tito Ortiz last fight in the UFC?
"Show me the money and Dana White's apololgy"
Tito Ortiz made his debut at UFC 13:Ultimate force and was noticed as the guy with blonde hair. He stood out amongst the other fighters for years and used it to sell T-Shirts, pay per views, rivalries and TV shows. Love him or hate him you ordered the event Tito Ortiz fought at. Once considered the premiere light heavyweight of the UFC, Ortiz probably fought his last fight in the organization he once helped build. Tito Ortiz and UFC president Dana White (once his agent) could not reach an agreement on the money both sides thought he deserved. Tito after the fight demanded to be a part of the UFC post fight conference which was then canceled. Then restarted when Ortiz was added again to ensure the other fighters got their time with the press.
Tito went on to say in a post fight interview. "Wanderlei Silva made $150,000 and Keith Jardine made $10,000. Keith Jardine is in the hospital right now".
His girlfriend Jenna Jameson then went on to point out "Can you imagine what his medical bills are?" The fact is Tito Ortiz will not starve any time soon with companies such as Adrenaline, EliteXC, Strikeforce and Affliction all probably ready to make offers to him. It was just sad to see this could not be resolved and was handled so poorly.
So you missed Tito's last UFC fight you Maggott! Your punishment is couples counseling with Tito and Dana White locked in a vault until there is a contract signed sealed and delivered. If you do not get it done in three days Randy Couture goes in the room also.
BJ KO's Sherk to prove he is the true Lightweight Champion of the UFC.
There was a lot of controversy when Sean Sherk defeated Hermes Franca and they both tested positive for banned supplements by the CSAC. Sherk fought as hard as he could to prove he was an innocent man and not a cheater that he had been labeled by fans. BJ Penn was a welterweight and was not even worried about Sean Sherk at the time of his suspension who had dominated Kenny Florian and Hermes Franca in back to back wins. Sherk's wrestling and ground and pound seemed as if it would ensure him a long title reign. Then on Saturday BJ Penn stuffed Sherk's take downs and kept him standing where he (Sherk) was a fish out of water. BJ jabbed Sherk's eyes closed carefully picking his shots and making them count. Sherk with the heart of a Lion stood tall and lasted three rounds hitting BJ with leg kicks and the occasional punch. In a fight that will shape the UFC lightweight division for years to come. BJ finally ended the fight when he stunned Sherk with a punch and followed it with a knee to the jaw at the end of the third round. Sherk fell to the ground and was then hit with a barrage of shots while on the ground and the last few seconds of the round clicked away. The referee stopped the fight and BJ Penn had succesfully defended his lightweight title. This fight will shape the UFC weight class divisions for years. It now has a Anderson Silva, Georges St.Pierre, Rampage quality fighter as its King who may take years to dethrone.
You missed this whole pay per view and its historic back story. This was another quality event the UFC has put on this year with its stacked roster of quality fighters and you missed it. You have been punished enough missing out on what all your smarter more good looking friends have seen. Your punishment is no knowledge on internet forums of this event and putting up dumb posts. You sicken me,now go tell your girlfriend how sexy her cankles look.
This week on MMA Blasphemy. The MMA weekend you cannot miss! EliteXC has their first show on network TV and WEC puts on its biggest show ever.
